The Problem

Urban poor families often struggle with social issuses which prevent them from lifting themselves out of poverty. Because of this, their children are forced to earn a livelihood for the family and cannot access education. The children therefore have limited opportunities to reach their potential and to develop as caring and competent leaders.

THE Solution

IDENTIFY: We identify children of the urban poor in Cambodia who will commit to learning and growing in education.

GROW: We inspire, motivate and assist children and youth to thrive through education and grow in confidence and competency.

LAUNCH: We equip young leaders to succeed in their chosen career and to reach towards their full potential.

The Impact

The welfare of urban poor families is improved and Flame young leaders are contributing meaningfully into their communities and beyond.
